Saw Bodies for Manufacturing of Diamond-tipped Saw Blades

Saw Bodies for diamond saw blades are made from high quality materials according to the standard FEPA. They are delivered hardened, tempered, straightened and tensioned ready for the welding on of segments. Following an agreement with the manufacturer is possible to manufacture body of various diameters, dimensions of central hole with the required amount and dimension of grooves, all according to the customer‘s wishes. The maximum diameter of saw bodies for the production of diamond blade saws is 1500 mm.

Usage: After the welding on of appropriate segments the bodies are suitable to be used:

in masonry for the cutting of granite, marble, sandstone, etc.
in building industry (wall saws) for the cutting of concrete (reinforced concrete)
in ground construction for the cutting of asphalt

Design: The Bodies are manufactured in three basic types of grooves according to the standards of FEPA
C1 - wide groove
C2 - narrow groove
C3 - narrow groove with an opening

Other design types:

double groove for the welding on of shorter segments
chamfered segment for the protection of the blade during the cutting of abrasive materials
other designs according to the customer’s wishes

It is also possible to manufacture the Clamping openings according to the customer’s requirements.

Bodies are manufactured with three basic types of grooves. Nonetheless, with regards to the use of laser technology it is possible to deliver the body with a groove shape according to the customer's wishes.
